(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) DL건설이 23일, 인천 서구 검단신도시 AA29블록(마전동 산 126-2일원)에 조성될 'e편한세상 검단 에코비스타'의 주택전시관을 개관한다고 밝혔다.

DL건설에 따르면, e편한세상 검단 에코비스타는 지하 3층~지상 최대 20층, 11개동, 전용면적 84~119㎡, 총 732세대 규모로 들어설 예정이다. 

면적 타입은 84㎡A 296세대, 84㎡B 114세대, 84㎡C 74세대, 84㎡D 36세대 ,99㎡A 55세대, 99㎡B 37세대, 119㎡A 30세대, 119㎡B 30세대, 119㎡C 30세대, 119㎡D 30세대로 구성됐다.

이날 주택전시관 개관을 시작으로 오는 3월 4일 특별공급, 5일 1순위, 6일 2순위 등의 순으로 접수 받을 예정이다. 

이후 12일에 당첨자 발표가 진행되며 26일부터 29일까지 정당계약이 이뤄진다.

청약통장 가입기간이 12개월 경과하고 지역별·면적별 예치금액 이상을 납입한 만 19세 이상일 경우 주택유무, 세대주·세대원, 재당첨 등의 여부에 관계없이 1순위 청약이 가능하다. 

전용 84㎡는 가점제 40%, 추첨제 60%가 적용되며, 전용 99㎡와 119㎡는 100% 추첨제로 진행된다. 

전체 금액 중 60%에 한하는 중도금의 경우 이자후불제로 진행한다. 특히 분양가 상한제가 적용되며, 이에 따라 합리적인 금액에 공급될 것으로 시장은 기대하고 있다.
