(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 국민의힘 이달희 의원 ( 비례대표 )이 1일,  ‘1 호 법안 ’ 으로 인구감소지역 생활인구 유입을 통해 지역 간 인구 불균형을 해소하는 내용의 '조세특례제한법' 과 '종합부동산세법'  개정안을 각각 대표발의했다고 밝혔다 .

이달희 의원에 따르면, 개정안은 인구감소로 지역소멸이 우려되는 인구감소지역에 주말이나 휴일에 거주하는 세컨드 홈을 구입하는 경우 종부세 및 양도세 과세 대상 주택에서 제외하는 내용을 담고 있다 .
