(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방통계청이 10일, 2024년 6월 인천시 고용동향을 발표했다.

자료에서 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구를 살펴보면, 2024년 6월 15세이상인구는 266만 9천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 7천명(1.8%) 증가했다.

는 175만 5천명으로 전년동월대비 3만 3천명(1.9%) 증가했으며  경제활동참가율은 65.8%로 전년동월대비 0.1%p 상승했다.

비경제활동인구는 91만 4천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 4천명(1.6%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 34만명으로 1만 7천명(5.2%) 증가했으나, 여자는 57만 3천명으로 3천명(-0.5%) 감소했다.

취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률을 보면, 2024년 6월 취업자는 169만 1천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 7천명(1.0%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 94만 4천명으로 5천명(-0.5%) 감소했으나, 여자는 74만 7천명으로 2만 2천명(3.1%) 증가했다.

고용률은 63.4%로 전년동월대비 0.4%p 하락했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 71.5%로 1.6%p 하락했으나, 여자는 55.4%로 0.7%p 상승했으며 15~64세 고용률(OECD 비교 기준)은 69.6%로 전년동월대비 0.6%p 하락했다.

산업 및 직업별 취업자에서  산업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 사업․개인․공공서비스 및 기타 1만 8천명(2.8%), 전기․운수․통신․금융업 8천명(3.3%), 건설업 3천명(2.4%) 각각 증가했으나 제조업 2천명(-0.6%), 도소매․숙박음식점업 8천명(-2.5%) 각각 감소했다.

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 관리자ㆍ전문가 5만 7천명(17.2%), 사무종사자 1만 5천명(5.0%) 각각 증가했으나,기능·기계조작·조립·단순종사자는 5만 1천명(-7.6%), 서비스ㆍ판매종사자 7천명(-2.0%) 각각 감소했다.  

종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 임금근로자 3만 2천명(2.4%) 증가했으나, 비임금근로자 1만 5천명(-4.6%) 감소했다.

임금근로자 중 상용근로자 5만 2천명(5.5%) 증가했으나, 임시근로자 1만 4천명(-4.3%), 일용근로자 6천명(-9.5%) 각각 감소했다.

비임금근로자 중 자영업자 1만 3천명(-4.4%), 무급가족종사자 2천명(-6.8%) 각각 감소했다.

종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 임금근로자 3만 2천명(2.4%) 증가했으나, 비임금근로자 1만 5천명(-4.6%) 감소했다.

임금근로자 중 상용근로자 5만 2천명(5.5%) 증가했으나, 임시근로자 1만 4천명(-4.3%), 일용근로자 6천명(-9.5%) 각각 감소했다.

취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 36만명으로 4만 7천명(15.1%) 증가했으나, 36시간 이상 취업자는 131만 5천명으로 2만 4천명(-1.8%) 감소했다.

주당 평균 취업시간은 39.0시간으로 전년동월대비 0.6시간 감소했다.

실업자 동향를 보면,  2024년 6월 실업자는 6만 4천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 5천명(31.6%) 증가했다.

성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 3만 6천명으로 1만 1천명(44.4%), 여자는 2만 8천명으로 4천명(17.8%) 각각 증가했다.  

실업률은 3.7%로 전년동월대비 0.9%p 상승했으며 성별 전년동월대비 증감을 보면 남자는 3.7%로 1.1%p, 여자는 3.6%로 0.4%p 각각 상승했다.

2024년 2분기 실업률은 3.5%으로 전년동분기(3.1%)보다 0.4%p 상승, 그 중 청년실업률(15~29세)은 7.6%로 전년동분기(5.9%)보다 1.7%p 상승했다.
