(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천본부세관이 28일, '11월의 인천세관인'에 정이영 주무관을 선정했다고 밝혔다.

인천세관에 따르면, 이번에 선정된 정이영 주무관은 사각지대를 이용한 불법 환적 및 밀수루트 차단을 위해 장기간에 걸쳐 환적화물 운송 전과정을 분석·추적한 끝에 신고 상이, 공해상 불법 환적 물품 등을 적발한 공로를 인정받아 '11월의 인천세관인'으로 선정됐다.

업무 분야별 유공자로는, 통관검사분야 유공자에 사전정보분석과 컨테이너 검색기 정밀판독을 통해 심지박기 수법으로 은닉한 가방, 화장품 등 지식재산권 침해물품을 적발한 이경아 주무관이 선정됐다. 

심사분야 유공자에 농축수산물 등을 대상 기획검증으로 FTA 부정특혜를 사전 차단에 기여하고 FTA 최대 규모의 페루산 녹두·팥 특혜관세 배제 사건의 불복 재조사를 수행한 김민정 주무관이 선전됐다. 

조사분야 유공자에는 신속통관 대상 물품으로 품명을 위장하고 화물 속 은닉하는 수법으로 중국산 서리태 230톤 등을 밀수입하여 유통시킨 일당 13명 검거한 장재수 주무관이 선정됐다.

이달의 업무우수자로는 환급심사 중 공문서를 변조하여 부정하게 개별소비세 환급을 신청한 사실을 적발한 윤혜경 주무관이 선정됐다.
