(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천해양경찰서가 지난 28일 청사 지역구조본부에서 2024년 4분기 민·관 합동 수난대비 기본훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

인천해경에 따르면, 이날 훈련에는 인천해경을 비롯해 서해5도특별경비단과, 옹진군, 옹진군보건소, 중부소방서, 가천대 길병원, 인천시 의료원, 민간해양구조대 등 8개 유관기관 및 단체에서 50여 명이 참여했다.  

이들은 옹진군 연평도 인근 해상에서 조업 중이던 어선에서 화재가 발생해 해상 추락자 및 선내 고립자가 발생한 상황을 가정해 도상훈련에 임했다.

상황 접수로 시작된 훈련은 구조세력 출동, 구조본부 설치·운영, 수색구조 및 방제전략 수립, 인명 구조 및 화재 진압, 응급환자 이송, 사후 평가회의 등으로 진행됐다.

특히 상황에 맞는 주제를 선정하고 훈련에 참여한 수난구호 협력기관들과 토의해 실제상황 발생 시 효율적인 대응방안을 마련하고 협력체계를 구축했다.

이천식 서장은 “동절기 해양사고 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 사고 대응체계가 필요하다”며 “앞으로도 지속적인 훈련을 통해 수난구호기관과의 협력을 강화해 재난대응 역량을 더욱 높이겠다”고 말했다.

Incheon Coast Guard announced on the 28th that it conducted a public-private joint disaster preparedness basic training for the fourth quarter of 2024 at the local rescue headquarters in the building.
