(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시 서구의회 행정사무감사특별위원회가 지난 11월 29일 강평을 끝으로 집행부 각 부서와 산하기관 등에 대한 행정사무감사를 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

서구의회에 따르면, 지난 11월 21일부터 29일까지 진행된 이번 감사는 사전에 준비된 각종 자료를 바탕으로, 구에서 추진하고 있는 정책, 계약, 보조금 운영 등 구정 전반에 걸쳐 문제점을 지적하고 시정과 대안을 제시하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

감사 종료 후 진행된 강평에서는 검암역세권 복합환승센터와 청라대교 명칭 선정 문제, 고액 체납자 징수를 위한 기동반 운영과 체납액 관리 강화, 복지재단의 효율적인 업무 분담과 운영 개선, 검단 분구 추진 시 주민 소통 부족 및 행정 지연 문제 해결, 무형문화재와 민속예술 전수관 운영의 투명성 강화와 직원 채용 기준 개선, 지방채 발행 규모와 이자 부담 증가 문제 해결, 지역아동센터 시설 확충과 지역 간 편중 문제 해소 등을 지적하며 개선을 주문했다.

행정사무감사특별위원회 김남원 위원장은 “존경하는 송승환 의장님과 모든 동료 의원님께 깊은 감사의 말씀을 드리며, 특히 행정사무감사 특별위원회 위원님들께서 열정적으로 감사에 임해 주신 덕분에 이번 감사가 구민의 기대를 충족하고, 집행부에 대한 실효성 있는 조언과 지적을 제공할 수 있었다”고 말했다.

김 위원장은 이어 “이번 행정사무감사는 구정 전반에 대한 면밀한 점검과 현실적인 개선안을 제시함으로써, 서구의 지속 가능한 발전과 구민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 중요한 계기가 되었다.”며, “집행부에서는 감사에서 제기된 문제점과 개선 요구를 신속히 반영해 구민들에게 신뢰받는 행정을 실현해 주시길 당부드린다.”고 덧붙였다.

한편, 위원회는 오는 12월 13일 제4차 본회의에서 결과보고서를 채택하며 모든 일정을 종료할 예정이다.

Incheon Seo-gu Council’s Administrative Audit Special Committee announced on November 29 that it had concluded the administrative audit of each department of the executive branch and its affiliated organizations with its deliberation.

According to Seo-gu Council, this audit, which was conducted from November 21 to 29, focused on pointing out problems and suggesting corrective measures and alternatives across the district, including policies, contracts, and subsidy operations being promoted by the district, based on various materials prepared in advance.

In the briefing session held after the audit, the following issues were pointed out and improved: the selection of names for the Geumam Station Complex Transfer Center and Cheongna Bridge, the operation of a mobile team to collect high-value delinquent taxpayers and strengthening the management of delinquent amounts, the efficient division of work and improvement of the operation of the welfare foundation, the resolution of the lack of communication with residents and administrative delays when promoting the Geumdan District, the enhancement of transparency in the operation of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and Folk Arts Transmission Center and improvement of the standards for hiring employees, the resolution of the issue of the scale of local bond issuance and the increase in interest burden, the expansion of local children’s center facilities, and the resolution of the problem of regional bias.

Chairman Kim Nam-won of the Special Committee on Administrative Audit said, “I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Chairman Song Seung-hwan and all my fellow members, and especially to the members of the Special Committee on Administrative Audit who passionately participated in the audit, which enabled this audit to meet the expectations of residents and provide effective advice and criticism to the executive branch.”

Meanwhile, the committee plans to adopt the results report at the 4th plenary session on December 13 and conclude all schedules.
