(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천공항본부세관이 2일, ‘11월의 인천공항세관인’에 김혜정 주무관을 선정했다고 밝혔다.

인천공항세관에 따르면, 김혜정 주무관은 X-ray 정밀판독으로 벤쿠버발 여행자의 기탁수하물에 은닉된 시가 47억 상당의 메트암페타민 16.3kg 적발한 공로를 인정받았다. 

또, 각 업무 분야별 유공자로는 심사분야 유공자에는 정보분석을 통해 정상보다 저세율로 신고한 의약품의 수입신고 건을 적발하고, FTA 적용 오류 물품에 대한 확장분석으로 총 세수 19억원을 확보한 노경태 주무관을 선정했다. 

조사분야 유공자에는 잠복 및 탐문수사로 마약운반택시를 추적하여 태국발 야바 4천여정을 국내로 밀수입한 유통책 적발에 기여한 이주현 주무관을 선정했다.  

스마트혁신분야 유공자에는 경찰청과 협업하여 공항내 유실물에 대한 원스탑 통합조회 시스템을 구축하고 민원서비스 편의 제고에 기여한 이상환 주무관을  선정했다.

또한, 11월의 업무우수자에는 마약 우범국가에 대한 정보분석을 통해 메트암페타민 3.05kg을 적발한 장미란 주무관을 선정했다.

인천공항본부세관은 앞으로도 관세행정에서 탁월한 역량을 발휘하고, 적극적인 행정으로 기관 발전에 기여한 직원을 발굴해 포상할 예정이다.
