(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천 클래식 샛별들의 축제, 인천시립교향악단의 ‘2025 인천 영 아티스트 콘서트’가 1월 23일에 아트센터인천 콘서트홀에서 펼쳐진다.

인천시립교향악단은 인천에 연고를 둔 잠재력 있는 젊은 음악인들을 만나기 위해 지난해 11월 협연자를 공개 모집했다.

보다 역량 있는 인재들을 만나기 위해 22세까지 연령 범위를 확대했으며, ‘영 아티스트 콘서트’ 최초로 피아노 부문으로 한정하여 협연자를 모집했다.

2차에 걸친 엄정한 오디션을 거쳐 인천의 젊은 아티스트 3명이 선발됐다. 홍보민, 이승해, 임재욱이 그 주인공이다. 

정한결 부지휘자가 이끄는 ‘2025 인천 영 아티스트 콘서트’는 인천시향이 이들을 시민들에게 소개하는 뜻깊은 자리이다.

연주회의 시작을 여는 피아니스트 홍보민은 현재 예원학교 2학년에 재학중인 재원으로 김포필하모닉오케스트라 전국 음악콩쿠르 및 음악세계 콩쿠르 등에서 1위를 차지한 유망 신예이다. 

이번 시간에는 화려한 기교와 낭만적 열기를 갖춘 멘델스존의 '피아노협주곡 1번 g단조, 작품번호 25'를 연주한다.

이어 인천예술영재교육원을 수료하고 현재 연세대학교 3학년에 재학 중인 피아니스트 이승해의 협연 무대가 펼쳐진다. 

수리음악콩쿠르 1위, 베토벤콩쿠르 1위 등 다양한 콩쿠르에서 입상하며 두각을 나타낸 그는 부천필하모닉오케스트라와 협연하는 등 연주자로서 활발히 활동하고 있다. 

베토벤 ‘피아노협주곡 4번 G장조, 작품번호 58’가 가진 시적이고 장엄하며 자유로운 느낌을 출중한 실력으로 표현한다.

마지막 무대는 현재 서울예술고등학교 3학년에 재학 중인 피아니스트 임재욱이 장식한다. 

음연콩쿠르 1위 및 Brescia Talent Summer International Competition 1위 등 국내외 콩쿠르에서 우수한 성적을 거둔 그가 라흐마니노프 최고의 걸작인 ‘피아노협주곡 2번 c단조, 작품번호 18’을 들려준다. 

라흐마니노프의 좌절과 고뇌, 이를 극복하기 위한 분투의 과정을 고스란히 투영하고 있는 이 곡은 영화음악으로도 사용되어 더욱 유명하다. 임재욱은 다수의 오케스트라 협연 경험을 통해 인천시향과도 멋진 호흡을 선보일 것이다.

인천시향 관계자는 “인천을 넘어 대한민국 클래식의 미래를 이끌어 갈 신예들의 빛나는 시작을 함께 해 주시기 바란다.”고 말했다. 

한편, 2022년에 첫 선을 보인 ‘인천 영 아티스트 콘서트’는 지금까지 총 6명의 연주자를 알리며, 인천 음악 꿈나무들의 등용문으로 자리매김하고 있다.
