(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 13일, 2025년 56세 국가건강검진에 C형간염 항체 검사가 도입됨에 따라 해당대상자가 국가건강검진에서 C형간염 의심자로 발견되어 확진 검사[(상급)종합병원 제외]를 받으면 검사 비용을 사후 환급해 주는 신청을 받는다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 르면, 지원 금액은 C형간염 조기진단 및 치료 권장을 위한 목적으로 최초 1회에 한하여  확인 진단검사 본인부담금 전액이 지원된다. 

신청 방법은 (온라인) 정부24 홈페이지-보조금24–전체혜택-‘C형간염확진검사비지원’으로 검색하여 신청하거나 (오프라인) 부천시보건소 감염관리과를 방문하여 신청서 작성 및 제출하면 된다. 

신청 기한은 국가건강검진을 받은 연도의 다음 연도 3월 31일까지다. 

C형간염은 제3급 법정 감염병으로, C형 간염바이러스에 감염된 혈액이나 체액을 통해 전파되며 한번 감염되면 대부분이 만성간염으로 진행된다. 

평균 잠복기는 6~10주로 피로감, 오심 및 근육통 등이 나타날 수 있으며 중증 간질환으로 진행될 수 있다. 

예방 백신은 없지만 치료제를 통해 완치가 가능하기 때문에 건강검진 등으로 감염 사실을 조기 발견하여 적기에 치료를 받는 것이 중요하다.
