계양구는 올해 시범사업 지자체로 선정돼 이번 사업에 참여할 대상자를 선정하고 관련 사업을 추진할 계획이다.
시범사업은 장애인활동지원, 성인 발달장애인 주간활동서비스, 청소년 발달장애인 방과후활동서비스, 발달재활서비스 바우처 수급 장애인을 대상으로 운영된다.
개인별 바우처 지급액 중 20%를 개인예산으로 전환해 장애인 당사자가 필요에 따라 적합한 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원한다.
한편, ‘장애인 개인예산제’는 올해 시범 운영을 거쳐 내년부터 전국에서 추진될 예정이다.
