(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자)  디지털 플랫폼 기업 KT(대표 구현모)가 인천창조경제혁신센터와 공동으로 디지털&바이오헬스케어 분야의 ‘차세대 유니콘’이 될 유망 스타트업을 발굴, 육성하는 전문 엑셀러레이팅 프로그램 ‘넥스트 점프업(Next Jump-up)’ 발대식을 광화문 포시즌스 호텔에서 21일 진행했다

 
이날 발대식에는 서류, 인터뷰, PT평가의 경합을 통해 선발된 스타트업 9개 팀이 최초로 공개됐다. 


선발된 스타트업은 KT, 인천창조경제혁신센터, 빅뱅엔젤, 쿼드벤처스 등 프로그램 주관사 및 운영사를 대상으로 IR 발표를 통해 자사 경쟁력을 소개하는 시간을 가졌다.

 
이번 프로그램에는 바이오, 인공지능 기반 진단 보조 솔루션, 디지털치료제, 디지털헬스케어 등 글로벌 바이오/헬스케어 유망분야 9개 벤처기업이 선정되었다.

 
장기적인 투자와 의학적 전문성이 필요한 바이오 분야 기업으로는 ▲돌연변이 선택적 증폭기술(UHS)을 이용한 다중암 진단키트 ‘제노픽스’, 인공지능 기반 진단 보조 솔루션 분야에는 ▲유전성 다낭신(ADKPD) 진단 보조 인공지능 소프트웨어 ‘시너지에이아이’▲AI기반 수술 동영상 아카이빙 시스템 ‘엠티이지’▲실시간 암 조직 검출 의료영상기기 ‘프로이드’가 선정됐다.

 
COVID-19로 최근 가장 각광받고 있는 디지털헬스케어, 디지털치료제(Digital therapeutics, DTx) 분야에는 ▲반려동물 온라인 수의사 상담 플랫폼 ‘닥터테일’▲개인맞춤형 혈당 관리 App, 건기식 쇼핑몰, PB 혈당계 구독 서비스를 제공하는 ‘닥터다이어리’▲비대면 성매개 질환 진단 플랫폼 ‘쓰리제이’▲만성질환 원격진료 플랫폼과 유방암 환자용 디지털 치료제 ‘올라운드닥터스 ▲보행 재활 로봇 기반 재활 서비스 ‘휴카시스템’이 최종 선발 됐다.

 
선발된 스타트업은 프로그램 기간 동안 KT와 인천창조경제혁신센터에게 다양한 지원을 받는다. 


공간 지원, 멘토링 서비스, 투자 유치 및 네트워크, KT 사업과 연계된 서비스 확장 등 다양한 지원 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.


특히, 프로그램 운영 기간 중 뛰어난 성과를 입증해 우수기업으로 선발된 업체는 총 5000만원의 사업화지원금을 제공하며 투자 검토 기회도 부여된다.

 
선정된 스타트업에 대한 투자 지원에는 디지털·바이오헬스 분야 전문 액셀러레이터 펀드 ‘스마트 대한민국 KT 넥스트 투자조합’과 인천창조경제혁신센터, 빅뱅엔젤스가 참여할 예정이다.


특히, 인천창조경제혁신센터는 인천광역시 인천혁신모펀드 대행기관으로 올해부터 4년간 인천시로부터 600억원의 투자금을 받아 6천억원 이상의 펀드를 조성할 계획으로, 선정된 기업에 대해서 초기 투자 및 사업화 단계별 후속 투자 연계를 지원할 예정이다.
