(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청(부교육감 장우삼)이 그린스마트 미래학교 임대형 민자사업(BTL) 추진을 위해 우선협상대상자 (가칭)늘푸른인천교육주식회사와 실무협상을 시작했다.

인천시교육청과 (가칭)늘푸른인천교육주식회사 협상 대표단은 『그린스마트 미래학교 인천여상 외 1교 임대형 민자사업(BTL)』의 구체적인 계획 수립을 위해 첫 만남을 갖고 향후 협상 진행방안에 대해 논의했다.

양 대표단은 9월까지 협상을 마무리하고 10월 실시협약을 체결해 내년 2월 착공이 가능하도록 추진할 계획이다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “그린스마트 미래학교 사업의 추진 목적에 맞춰 사용자 참여를 유도하고 투자 효과를 극대화하는 방향으로 본 협상이 이루어지도록 사업을 추진하겠다”고 했다.
