지난 3월 개원한 인천사이버진로교육원 2단계 구축은 PC·모바일 연계 가능하고 동시에 20,000명을 수용하는 메타버스 플랫폼을 구축한다.

이로 인해 아바타 기반 공간 이동이 가능하고, 교실, 강의실, 체험실, 고입·대입정보방, 대학설명회 등 다양한 공간에서 맞춤형 체험이 가능하다.

진로 AI시스템은 학교 급별로 진로적성검사를 다양화해 검사의 정확성과 편리성을 제공한다.

또, 직무추천 엔진고도화, 인공지능 기술 기반 챗봇 기능 개선 및 사용자 환경에 맞는 시스템을 구축할 예정이다.

사이버 진로체험은 2개 회사(IT로봇, 미디어스포츠) 16개 직무(싱글형 12종, 멀티형 4종)을 구축해 학생들에게 다양한 온라인 가상직업 및 직무체험을 제공한다.

진로·진학정보는 학생과 학부모가 직업·대학 정보를 쉽게 찾는 기능을 추가해 희망하는 대학의 합격 가능 여부를 스스로 가늠할 수 있다.

이를 바탕으로 학교에서 구체적인 상담이 이뤄지도록 인천진학지원단이 개발한 대입 예측 프로그램을 탑재한다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “2단계(콘텐츠) 개발 사업을 통해 학생들의 흥미와 몰입도를 높여 학생들이 능동적으로 진로검사-상담-체험을 할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
