이날 출정식에는 이성만 국회의원, 홍영표 국회의원을 비롯 부평 지역구에 출마하는 더불어민주당 시.구의원 후보들이 참석한 가운데 홍영표 의원의 차준택 부평구청장에 대한 지지연설을 시작으로 이성만 의원이 이어갔다.

한편, 차준택 부평구청장 후보는 이날 출정식을 시작으로 공식적인 선거운동에 돌입한다.
