(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천해양경찰서가 29일 인천시와 함께 해안방제 합동훈련을 실시했다.
 

이번 훈련은 영종도 선녀바위 인근 해상에서 해안까지 기름이 밀려왔다고 가정하여 실시했으며, 인천시.해양환경공단을 비롯해 17개 기관·업체에서 60명이 참여하여 진행했다.

굴삭기·고압세척기·저압세척기·비치 클리너·유흡착재 등 해안오염 방제 기자재를 동원, 실전과 같은 훈련을 진행함으로 관계기관 간의 협조체제 및 즉응태세를 끌어올렸다.

해안방제 훈련은 해안오염 현장 조사, 자원봉사자 안전 및 방제 방법 교육, 암반·자갈에 부착된 기름 제거, 모래 해안 기름 제거, 수거한 폐기물 운반 순서로 진행했다.
 

김종필 해양오염방제과장은 “앞으로도 해안가에 유입된 기름을 신속하고 효율적으로 제거하기 위하여 관계기관의 협력 체제를 더욱 강화 하겠다”고 말했다.

On the 29th, the Incheon Maritime Police Station held a joint coastal clean-up drill with Incheon City.
 

This drill was conducted on the assumption that oil had flowed from the sea near Seonnyeobawi Rock in Yeongjongdo to the coast, and 60 people from 17 organizations and companies including Incheon Metropolitan City and Ocean Environment Corporation participated.

Coastal pollution control equipment such as excavators, high-pressure cleaners, low-pressure cleaners, beach cleaners, and sorbents were mobilized and training was conducted to enhance the cooperative system and response posture among related organizations.

Coastal pollution training was conducted in the following order: coastal pollution site survey, volunteer safety and control methods training, oil removal on bedrock and gravel, oil removal on sandy shore, and transport of collected waste.

Kim Jong-pil, head of the Marine Pollution Control Division, said, "We will further strengthen the cooperative system of related organizations to quickly and efficiently remove oil that has flowed into the coast."
