(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 29일 우수기업인상 표창 수여식을 열고 지역경제 활성화에 기여한 기업 대표 9명을 시상했다. 
 

대상자는 ㈜케이.피.산업 김유진 대표, ㈜레드애플 유태익 대표, ㈜덕성그린텍 조덕형 대표, ㈜준스틸종합철강 정연준 대표, ㈜신성어닝 신광선 대표, 캣킨 장순모 대표, 홍익다이아㈜ 이향구 대표, 한마음침장 김승호 대표, 청라트럭서비스 이현우 대표 등 9명이다.
 

서구는 우수기업에 인천시 유망중소기업 선정 시 가점 부여, 서구가 시행하는 각종 기업지원사업 참여 시 우선 혜택과 서구 중소기업육성기금 융자 시 이자 0.5% 추가보전 등 혜택을 부여한다.
 

강범석 서구청장은 “수상을 진심으로 축하드리며 지역경제를 이끄는 한 축으로 많은 일자리가 만들어지는 건강한 기업으로 성장하길 기원한다”며 “서구도 기업인 의견을 경청하며 기업 애로사항을 해결하고 기업하기 좋은 서구를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

또한, 서구가 음식물류폐기물 감량을 위한 ‘음식물 가정용 감량기 설치비 지원 사업’으로 10월 중 약 140대분 보조금을 추가로 지원한다.
 

서구는 지난 2021년부터 지원을 시작해 1000여 세대에 감량기 설비치 지원을 완료했다.

서구 관계자는 “감량기는 음식물쓰레기에서 가장 문제가 되는 음식물탈리액(음폐수) 처리 문제를 해결할 수 있어 배출원부터 실질적 감량에 기여하고 음식물쓰레기 수거와 운반 과정에서 발생하는 악취, 해충 문제까지 해결돼 주민들의 많은 환영을 받았다”고 설명했다.
 

서구는 추가 예산을 확보해 10월 중 감량기 설치 보조금 약 140대를 추가로 지원한다.

신청 가구에 한해 감량기 구입 금액 50%(최대 30만원)을 사후 보조금 방식으로 선착순으로 지원한다.
 

서구 주민이면 신청할 수 있으며 지원대상 감량기는  건조(분쇄)·미생물발효 감량방식으로 단체표준, 환경표지, k-마크 등 1개 이상의 품질인증을 득한 제품으로 주방용 오물분쇄기는 대상에서 제외된다.
