(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천대학교(총장 박종태)가 오는 27일 오후 중국, 일본, 베트남의 대학과 공동으로 연합국제학술회의를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

인천대학교에 따르면, 이번 학술회 참가 대학은 중국 광저우 소재의 광동외어외무대, 일본 요코하마 소재의 가나가와대, 베트남 호찌민시 소재의 호찌민시국가대-인문사회과학대으로 각 도시의 명문대로 알려져 있으며 3개 대학이 위치한 도시는 인천처럼 근대 시기 개항장의 역사를 공유하면서 차이나타운을 보유한 공통점이 있다.

광동외어외무대 일어어언문화학원, 가나가와대 비문자자료연구센터, 호찌민시국가대-인문사회과학대 역사학과가 공동으로 주최하는 이번 연합국제학술회의는 ‘4개 대학이 분석한 동아시아의 다양한 양상’을 주제로 각 대학별로 세션이 구성된다.

 
인천대 세션에선 중국·화교문화연구소장 장정아 교수가 “범중화권 연구에 기반한 성찰적 중국 연구”라는 주제로 연구소의 특장점인 범중화권 연구성과를 소개하고, 김지환 교수가 근대 시기 만주 철도를 둘러싼 일본과 러시아의 경쟁 관계를 발표한다.

베트남 호찌민시국가대-인문사회과학대 세션은 르우 반 꾸엣 역사학과장이 17-19세기 베트남 남부 지역 개발에서 화인의 역할을, 응우옌 뚜언 가킹 국제관계학부 교수가 “동해(남중국해)에서의 중국의 전략”이라는 제목으로 중국과 베트남의 영해 문제를 다룬다.

중국학술원 중국·화교문화연구소는 이번 회의 개최를 계기로 호찌민시국가대-인문사회과학대 역사학과와 학술교류협정을 체결하여, 중국과 베트남 간의 관계 연구에 더욱 박차를 가할 수 있는 본거지를 확보하게 된다.

4개 대학 연합국제학술회의는 각 대학이 돌아가며 개최하게 되고, 다음은 가나가와대에서 개최될 예정이다.
