(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 25일 오는 2월 1일부터 기본형 공익직불금 등록신청 접수를 받는다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 공익직불금은 농업·농촌의 공익기능 증진과 농업인의 소득안정을 위해 일정 자격을 갖춰 준수사항을 이행하는 농업인에게 지급하는 금액이다.

직불금 신청은 비대면과 대면으로 진행하며, 2월은 비대면, 3월부터 4월까지는 대면접수 기간으로 나눠진다.

2월 비대면 접수는 농림축산식품부에서 자격요건을 사전 검증한 농업인에게 별도 안내하며 안내 통지를 받으면 휴대전화나 자동전화응답시스템(ARS)으로 등록하면 된다.

3월~4월 대면 접수는 비대면 접수 미신청자, 농업법인 등이 대상으로, 면적이 가장 넓은 농지 소재지의 관할 지방자치단체에 방문해서 신청하면 된다.

올해는 직불금 지급농지 요건 완화로 지난 2017년부터 2019년 사이 직불금 신청을 하지 않았던 농가도 직불금 대상이 될 수 있다.

이에 따라 전국적으로 56만 농업인의 신규 진입이 예상되며, 부정수급 방지를 위해 농림축산식품부 공익직불사업 시행지침에 따라 경작사실확인서 발급기준을 강화했다.

또한, 부평구가 25일 부평문화원이 오는 2월 5일 삼산유수지체육공원에서 ‘정월대보름 in 부평’ 행사를 진행한다고 밝혔다.

부평구에 따르면, 이번 행사는 코로나19 여파로 4년 만에 대면 행사로 마련됐으며, 가족 단위 주민들이 전통문화를 즐길 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 준비했다.

프로그램은 오후 5시에 지역사회의 건강과 안녕을 기원하는 지신밟기를 시작으로 오후 5시 40분부터 사전공연으로 진태령밴드, 부평구립풍물단, 파스텔걸스, 춤추리무용단 공연을, 오후 7시 15분부터 공식행사로 달집태우기, 모두가 함께하는 대동마당 등이 펼쳐진다.
