(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 27일지역 내 가정폭력·성폭력 피해자의 실질적인 지원을 위해 지난해 1월 3일부터 공동대응팀을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, ‘가정폭력·성폭력 공동대응팀’은 부천시와 3개 경찰서(소사·원미·오정) 간 업무 협약을 체결하고, 학대예방경찰관·상담사·통합사례관리사를 배치해 근무하도록 했다.

공동대응팀은 학대예방경찰관·상담사·통합사례관리사가 112로 신고된 가정폭력·성폭력 피해자와 가족을 대상으로 초기상담을 진행한 후 상담내용을 토대로 피해자가 호소하는 문제들에 대한 개입, 현재 폭력의 원인이 되는 상황 해소, 현실적인 욕구 해결 등을 지원하고 있다.

주요 사업 내용은 가정방문, 복지자원 지원 및 정보제공, 지역 전문기관으로 연계, 법률홈닥터(무료 법률 서비스 제공), 임시숙소, 민간상담소 연계 등이며 지난해 공동대응팀에서 지원한 피해대상자는 총 2,947명이다.

또,  법무부에서 법률홈닥터로 활동하고 있는 변호사의 경우, 매주 1회 방문해 평균 6명에게 현장 법률 상담을 제공하고 있다.

또한, 부천시가 27일 1인 가구의 고립을 막고, 사회적 관계망 형성을 돕기 위해 동아리 활동 ‘중장년 수다살롱’을 지원한다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 올해 신규사업으로 진행되는 ‘중장년 수다살롱’은 부천여성청소년재단이 운영하는 부천시건강가정지원센터에서 수행하는 만 40세~64세 이하 중장년 1인 가구를 위한 동아리 지원사업으로 취미·자기개발·문화 활동 등 주제별, 연령별로 활동 분야에 따라 모집한다.

동아리 활동을 지원받기 위해서는 동아리당 3~5명으로 인원을 구성해야 하며분기별로 30~50만원을 지원하며, 인원에 따라 차등 지급된다.

참여하는 동아리가 없거나 동아리를 구성하기 어렵다면 부천시건강가정지원센터에 개인으로 접수할 수 있으며, 개인으로 접수하면 센터에서 분야별로 직접 동아리를 구성해 활동하며 신청은 선착순으로 오는 4월 12일까지 모집한다.
