서구에 따르면, 이번 수의계약 대상 매각토지는 지난 10월부터 2차례에 걸친 일반공개경쟁 입찰 후 유찰된 단독주택, 다세대, 연립, 상업용지 등 총 10필지(6,314.6㎡)이다.
매각 방법은 인천 서구청 도시계획과로 매수신청서를 제출하고 계약보증금 10%를 납부한 매수신청자 중 선착순으로 계약자를 결정하는 방법이며, 방문 접수만 가능하다.
서구 관계자는 “이번 체비지 수의매각 건은 매수신청서 제출 당일 계약보증금을 납부하여야 계약상대자로 결정되므로, 사전에 유의사항을 꼼꼼히 확인해야 한다”고 말했다.
