(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 4일, 여름철 집중호우로 인한 피해를 예방하고자 집중호우 시 침수가 우려되는 저지대 3곳에 자동 진입 차단시설을 설치했다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, 자동 진입 차단시설은 수위계를 활용해 노면 수위를 자동으로 측정하고, 위험수위(15cm) 감지 시 자동으로 진입을 차단할 수 있는 시설이다.

계양구는 과거 집중호우 시 침수가 발생하였던 저지대 2곳(경인고속도로 하부 대보로, 선주교 하부 농로)과 집중호우 시 피해가 우려되는 저지대 1곳(경인고속도로 하부 통행 암거) 총 3곳에 자동 진입 차단시설을 설치했다.

또한, 계양구가 오는 9월까지 장마, 폭염, 태풍으로 인한 방역관리와 가축 질병 최소화를 위해 여름철 가축질병 중점 방역관리를 추진한다고 밝혔다.
