(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 부천시가 오는 12월 10일 서해선·1호선 소사역사 내 ‘소사칙칙폭폭도서관’을 개관한다고 밝혔다. 

부천시에 따르면, 7호선 상동역과 신중동역에 이어 부천시에서는 세 번째, 서해선에는 최초로 조성되는 지하철 역사 내 공립 ‘작은도서관’이다.

부천시는 ‘2024년 경기도 작은도서관 조성사업’ 공모에 선정돼 도비를 지원받았으며, 총 1.4억 원을 투입해 33㎡ 규모의 작지만 탁 트인 독서문화 커뮤니티 공간을 조성했다.

소사칙칙폭폭도서관은 출퇴근길 가볍게 읽을 수 있는 신간 및 베스트셀러 등 독자의 기호에 맞는 도서 1,000여 권과 부천시의 모든 도서관 자료를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 상호대차 서비스도 제공할 예정이다.

소사칙칙폭폭도서관은 소사역 7번 출구 성모병원 방향 지하 1층에 위치하며, 역사를 이용하는 시민의 편의를 위해 평일 오전 11시에서 오후 8시까지 운영되며 휴관일은 토요일과 일요일 및 법정공휴일이다.

또한, 오는 12월 27일 오후 4시에는 소사칙칙폭폭도서관 개관 기념 이벤트로 ‘조용익 부천시장 1일 사서 현장 체험’ 행사가 열릴 예정이다.

Bucheon City announced that it will open 'Sosa Chi-Chi-Chi-Pok-Pok Library' in Sosa Station on Seohae Line and Line 1 on December 10.

According to Bucheon City, it is the third public 'small library' in Bucheon City, following Sangdong Station and Sinjungdong Station on Line 7, and the first public 'small library' in a subway station on the Seohae Line.

Bucheon City was selected for the ‘2024 Gyeonggi-do Small Library Creation Project’ competition and received provincial funding, and invested a total of 140 million won to create a small but open reading culture community space of 33㎡.

Sosa Chikchik Bokbok Library will provide approximately 1,000 books that suit the tastes of readers, including new releases and bestsellers that can be read lightly on the way to and from work, as well as an interlibrary loan service that allows convenient use of all library materials in Bucheon City.
