(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 29일, 주민들의 세금 고민 해결을 위해, 무료 세무상담서비스를 제공하는  ‘마을세무사’ 제도를 연중 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.

서구에 따르면, ‘마을세무사’ 제도는 세무행정에 대한 전문지식이 부족하거나 불복청구 관련 비용이 부담되는 주민들을 위해, 동별로 지정된 세무사들이 재능기부를 통해 국세 및 지방세 등 세금에 대한 전반적인 상담을 무료로 제공해주는 제도이다.

2016년 도입 이후, 현재 총 12명의 제5기 마을세무사가 위촉되어 참여하고 있으며 수시로 각 동 행정복지센터에 관련 안내문을 배부하는 등 구민 중심 세정서비스 제공을 위해 적극 노력하고 있다.
