(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 최근 조용익 부천시장이 청사 견학 프로그램 ‘210, 부천톡톡’을 통해 친환경·역사·공예 등 다양한 분야의 전문 강사가 모인 부천시강사협동조합 ‘배가’와 만나 소통하는 시간을 가졌다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 다르면, 부천시강사협동조합원들은 시민들의 쉼터인 부천시청 1층 산소정원을 시작으로 부천시 우수상품 전시판매장, CCTV 관제센터, 큐브자료실을 둘러보며 평소라면 스쳐 지나갔을 시청사의 구석구석을 살펴보았다.

부천시강사협동조합은 마을해설사, 학습반디, 퇴근학습길을 비롯해 각종 대학교, 사설 강의 등 여러 영역의 강사로 구성된 만큼, 만남실에서의 소통 시간은 그 어느 때보다 더 다채로웠다. 

조합원들은 친환경 도시 부천으로의 탈바꿈을 위한 정책을 제안하고 원도심 개발 관련 의견을 건의하며 시정에 세심하게 관심을 표했다. 

특히 한 강사는 시가 조성한 맨발 걷기 황톳길이 지역주민 사이에서 만족도가 매우 높다며 내년에도 더 확대해주길 바란다고 전했다.

조용익 부천시장은 “학습동아리로 시작해 배움과 가르침을 실천하기 위해 협동조합을 설립한 실천력 강한 시민 강사분들을 만나 시정에 대한 풍부한 견해를 들을 수 있는 소중한 기회였다”며 “오늘 나눈 생각들을 적극적으로 검토해 시민들이 일상에서 평생학습을 누리며 삶의 질이 올라갈 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 부천시는 앞으로도 다양한 시민들과 소통하며 시민의 의견을 적극적으로 수렴하고 시정에 반영해 나갈 계획이다.
