(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 12일 ‘2025학년도 인천생활교육자문단 위촉식 및 분과별 협의회’를 개최했다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 인천생활교육자문단은 회복적 생활교육, 비폭력 대화, 학급 긍정 훈육법 등 전문가로 구성된 교원들로 학교 현장 지원을 위한 강사, 컨설팅, 사례집 저술 활동 등을 수행한다.
이번 협의회에서는 교사 연수 및 학생 관계 회복 프로그램 수업 과정안 개발, 기존 자문단과 신규 자문단 멘토-멘티 계획 및 전문성 강화 계획 수립 등 자문단의 전문성을 강화하고 동반 성장을 도모했다.
자문단은 앞으로 ‘찾아가는 관계 중심 생활교육 교원 직무연수(생활교육 플러스)’와 ‘학생 관계 회복 프로그램(너나들이)’ 강사 활동으로 학교 현장을 지원하고, 생활교육 노하우를 담은 실천 사례집 등을 제작·배포할 예정이다.
도성훈 교육감은 “학생들이 내면을 다스리고 주변 사람들과 화합하며 함께 성장하는 ‘올바로’ 교육으로 ‘결대로'’성장할 수 있도록 2025학년도에도 관계 중심 생활교육을 지속해서 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
