(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 3월부터 인천형 기초학력 심층진단-지도 시스템인 ‘더블플레이(Double play)’를 본격 운영한다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 더블플레이는 학생별 학습 어려움을 심층진단하고 맞춤형 지도방안을 제공하는 시스템으로, 2024년 개발 및 시범 운영을 거치며 타당도를 높였다. 

국어(난독), 수학(난산)영역의 읽기유창성 검사, 한글 해득수준 검사, 연산유창성 검사 등을 제공하며, 검사 결과에 따른 지도 지침을 제공한다. 

시교육청은 2월 중 더블플레이 활용 방법과 진단 시 주의 사항이 담긴 매뉴얼을 배포할 예정이며, 올해 영어와 정서‧행동 영역 개발을 시작으로 시범 운영 등을 거쳐 순차 적용할 계획이다.

인천시교육청은 2023년부터 경인교육대학교를 인천광역시교육청기초학력지원센터로 지정하고 기초학력 심층진단 연구 및 자료개발, 기초학력전문교원양성, 난독증‧경계선지능 학생 맞춤형 지원, 찾아가는 예비교원 학습튜터링 등을 운영하고 있다. 

또한, 인천시교육청이 13일, 초등학교 교원을 대상으로 ‘2025학년도 초등 교육·교과 연구지원단’ 22팀을 선정하고 연구지원단 운영 및 현장 지원 방안을 협의했다고 밝혔다.

인천시교육청에 따르면, 연구지원단은 인천교육정책 실현과 2022 개정 교육과정 안착을 위해 초등 교육·교과 분야에 전문적인 연구 활동을 실천하고, 현장 지원 방안을 모색하여 확산시키는 역할을 한다.

선정된 연구지원단은 1년간 교육과정·수업·평가, 깊이 있는 학습, 학교자율시간, 인성교육, 기초학력, 놀이교육, 방송·미디어교육, 교육연극 등 다양한 분야에서 연구 활동을 진행하며, 연구 결과 공유를 위해 자료 개발, 수업공개, 연수, 워크숍 등 현장 지원을 강화할 계획이다. 

도성훈 교육감은 “학교 현장과 긴밀하게 소통하여 현장 지원 맞춤형 정책을 추진하고, 학생들이 배움과 성장에 전념할 수 있는 학교 문화를 조성하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
