(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 16일, 인천시 주관 ‘2025년 인천형 어르신 새 일자리 공모사업’에 2개 사업단이 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
계양구에 따르면, 이번 공모사업은 지역 어르신에게 지속 가능한 사회활동 기회와 소득 보장을 지원하기 위해 2020년부터 시행되고 있다.
올해 선정된 사업은 페이퍼 리싸이클 업(인천계양시니어클럽), 시니어밥상지원단(계양구노인복지관)으로, 재활용품을 활용한 업사이클링과 환경 인식 개선, 무료급식 식사 준비 및 식습관 관리 등을 수행한다.
7월부터 11월까지 5개월간 총 12명의 어르신이 참여할 예정이다.
계양구 관계자는 “앞으로도 어르신의 전문성을 활용해 지역사회 문제 해결에 기여하는 일자리 발굴에 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

Gyeyang-gu announced on the 16th that 2 business groups were selected for the '2025 Incheon-type Senior Citizens' New Job Competition' hosted by Incheon City.
