(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 13일, 지역 유망기업의 해외시장 개척과 글로벌 네트워킹 강화를 위해 세계 최대 규모 창업 초기 기업(Startup) 전시회인 자이텍스 ENS(GITEX EXPAND NORTH STAR 2025)에 참가해 인천 블록체인 기업의 해외 진출 지원을 본격화한다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 시는 10월 12일부터 15일까지 나흘간 아랍에미리트 두바이에서 열리는 ‘자이텍스 ENS’에 참가해 한국인터넷진흥원, 부산광역시, 대구광역시와 함께 블록체인 한국관을 조성해 운영한다.

‘자이텍스 ENS’는 매년 두바이에서 개최되는 글로벌 창업․투자 교류 행사로, 100여 개국 1,800개 이상의 창업 초기 기업(Startup)과 1,000개 이상의 투자사가 참여하는 세계적인 무대다. 

인천시는 지역기업이 해외 진출의 교두보를 확보할 수 있도록 전시 참가, 현지 네트워킹, 투자 상담 등을 지원한다.

인천시에서는 리드포인트시스템, 마이스타픽, 메타네이션, 아이오트러스트, 엔에프타임, 옵티로, 케이포시큐리티, 퓨처센스 총 8개 기업이 참여해 중동 현지뿐만 아니라 전 세계에서 모인 투자자들에게 기업이 보유한 기술을 홍보한다. 

참여기업은 자이텍스 누리집을 통해 연결된 기업들과 비즈니스 미팅을 통해 투자유치, 상호협력 양해각서 체결 등을 적극 추진한다.
