인천시교육청에 따르면,‘읽걷쓰 올바로 습관, 학습역량 다짐’은 학생이 매일 학습·생활 실천 항목을 스스로 체크하고, 전용 웹사이트에 인증 사진을 올려 실천 여부를 확인하는 보드형 체크리스트다.

인천원동초 5학년 5반은 총 162회의 인증으로 가장 활발한 학급으로 선정됐으며, 인천개흥초 5학년 1·2반과 영흥초 6학년 1반도 우수 학급에 이름을 올렸다.

인천시교육청은 9일 원동초 5학년 5반을 깜짝 방문해 캐릭터 ‘힘찬이’와 ‘자람이’가 간식상자를 전달하며 학생들의 꾸준한 실천을 격려했다. 

학생들은 활동 과정에서 느낀 점과 성찰 내용을 소감으로 전하며 보람을 나타냈다.

인천시교육청 관계자는 “읽걷쓰 활동으로 학생들의 바른 습관과 학습 태도가 눈에 띄게 개선됐다”며 “앞으로도 읽걷쓰 기반 교육과정을 통해 학생 성장을 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
