(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 주최하고 인천대학교 사이버영재교육원이 주관한 ‘제3회 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 페임랩(FameLab)’이 지난 6일, 인천대학교 송도캠퍼스 12호관에서 성황리에 성료됐다고 밝혔다.

‘인천대학교 사이버영재교육원 페임랩(FameLab)’은 인천대학교 사이버영재교육프로그램에서 수학한 수학·과학 지식을 발표 자료 없이 3분 이야기로 자유롭게 소통하며, 탐구 과정과 자료 조사를 통해 자기주도적 학습 능력 · 창의적 사고력과 의사소통 능력을 기를 수 있는 특별교육프로그램으로, 올해로 세 번째 개최됐다.

‘제3회 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 페임랩(FameLab)’은 총 19명의 초등학생이 참가해 태양계 우주 법칙, 암호 제작, 미로의 원리, 우리 몸을 지켜주는 감각기관 및 점자 속에 숨겨진 과학 찾기 등 다양한 주제로 초등 수학 ‧ 과학 꿈나무들의 빛나는 향연의 무대가 펼쳐졌다. 

질문에서 시작된 호기심과 상상력이 인천대학교사이버영재교육프로그램을 통해 쌓은 지식과 문제해결 역량과 만나, 새로운 통찰력을 만들어 내고, 이를 발표력과 스토리텔링으로 풀어내는 교육적 시너지가 빛난, ‘3분 과학커뮤니케이터 발굴 프로그램’이였다. 

페임랩 심사위원들은 참여한 학생들에게 개별 멘토링을 제공하여 잘한 점과 발전 가능성을 구체적으로 제시함으로써 더욱 성장할 수 있도록 격려하고 수학 ‧ 과학적 미래 역량에 대한 비전을 제시했다. 

‘인천대학교사이버영재교육원 페임랩(FameLab)’에 참여한 학생들은 “이번 기회를 통해 나의 질문에서 시작된 호기심과 상상력으로 ‘반짝이는 3분 무대’를 펼칠 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이 되었다“고 전했다. 

인천대학교 과학영재교육연구소 한기순 소장(창의인재개발학과 교수)은 ‘인천대학교사이버영재교육원 페임랩(FameLab)’을 통해 “미래혁신역량인 Creativity(창의성), Critical Thinking(비판적 사고), Collaboration(협업), Communication(의사소통)이 향상될 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다” 고 밝혔다.

또한, 인천시교육청이 주최하고 인천대학교  사이버영재교육원이 주관한 ‘2025학년도 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 표창수여식 및 6학년 수료식’이 지난 6일, 인천대학교 송도캠퍼스 대강당에서 성황리에 성료됐다고 밝혔다.

인천대학교 과학영재교육연구소 한기순 소장(창의인재개발학과 교수)은 “ 2025학년도 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 교육과정을 훌륭히 마치고 뛰어난 창의성과 영재성을 발현하여 우수한 성과를 거둔 학생들과 6학년 수료생들의 노력과 성장을 축하하는 뜻깊은 자리를 마련했다.”고 밝혔다. 

2025학년도 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 표창수여식 및 6학년 수료식에는 학생과 학부모 등 총 200여명이 참석 했다. 

창의적 사고와 자기주도적 학습을 통한 문제해결 역량을 키우고 관찰하고 질문하고 탐구하는 과정에서 창의력과 열정이 빛나는 우수과제 및 우수질문을 통해 배움과 성장의 한 페이지를 장식한 학생들을 격려하고 축하하며 특별 상장을 수여하였고 배움과 성장의 결실 그리고 새로운 도전을 시작하는 6학년 학생들의 수료식이 진행됐다. 

2025학년도 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 교육과정을 통해 끊임없이 관찰하고 질문하고 탐구하는 과정을 통해 배움과 성장이 만나 미래를 준비하며 세상에 긍정적인 변화를 이끌어내는 인재로 성장 할 수 있는 발판을 마련했으며  도서벽지 학생들의 빛나는 성과가 있었던 뜻깊은 자리가 됐다. 

‘우수과제 및 우수질문’ 상장을 수상한 학생은 “ 학교에서 배우지 못하는 다양한 주제 및 선생님 수업을 통해 심도있게 탐구하고 질문하는 과정이 재미있었고 수학과학에 대해 더 많은 궁금증과 호기심으로 흥미를 갖고 참여할 수 있어서 1년동안 너무 즐거운 시간이였다” 라고 소감을 전했다.  

미래를 준비하며 새로운 출발선에 있는 6학년 학생들을 위해 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 개발위원회 자문위원 선생님들의 0.33mm의 벽을 넘어 선명한 본질과 마주하라,  AI시대 속 인천대학교사이버영재교육수업의 유의미,  AI시대 미래직업과 필수역량의 특별강연이 진행됐다. 

인천대학교 과학영재교육연구소 한기순 소장(창의인재개발학과 교수)은 “ 앞으로 마주하게 될 수많은 도전과 기회 속에서 창의적 사고와 문제 해결력으로 마음껏 펼쳐나가며 세상에 긍정적인 변화를 이끌어내는 인재로 성장해 나갈 수 있는 미래 역량 강화를 위한 인천대학교사이버영재교육프로그램을 지속적으로 제공할 예정이다”고 밝혔다.  

12월 15일부터 온라인 브릿지캠프가 시작된다. 

접수 기간은 12월 8일부터 12월 14일까지이며 저학년.중학년.고학년 과정의 AISW창의융합 교육프로그램을 제공하며 ‘2025학년도 인천대학교사이버영재교육원 사회통합전형 및 도서벽지 특별전형’ 학생들에게는 교육비를 전액 지원한다.
