(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 8일, 취업 취약계층의 생활 안정을 지원하기 위해 ‘2026년 2단계 공공근로사업’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

계양구에 따르면, 이번 사업은 공공서비스 지원과 환경정화 등 16개 사업 분야에서 총 31명을 모집하며, 신청 기간은 6월 15일부터 19일까지 5일간이다. 

선발된 참여자는 오는 8월 3일부터 11월 30일까지 4개월간 계양구청과 지역 내 사업 현장에서 근무하게 된다.

임금은 최저시급인 10,320원이 적용되며, 부대비용과 주·연차수당, 4대 보험 등을 포함해 월평균 약 150만 원 내외를 지급받을 예정이다.

공공근로사업 참여 자격은 접수일 현재 18세 이상 근로 능력이 있는 계양구 주민으로, 가구소득이 기준중위소득 60% 이하이고 재산이 4억 원 이하인 경우 신청할 수 있다.

계양구는 경제적으로 어려운 이들에게 우선적으로 일자리를 제공하기 위해 신청자의 재산 상황, 세대원 수, 취업 취약계층 여부 등을 고려해 선발할 계획이다.

참여를 희망하는 주민은 주소지 동 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청할 수 있으며 방문 시 본인 신분증을 지참해야 하며, 공공근로사업 신청서 등의 신청 서류를 작성해 제출하면 된다.

Gyeyang-gu announced on the 8th that it is recruiting participants for the '2026 Phase 2 Public Works Program' to support the livelihood stability of the employment-vulnerable.

According to Gyeyang-gu, this program is recruiting a total of 31 people across 16 project fields, including public service support and environmental cleanup. The application period is five days, from June 15 to 19.

Selected participants will work at the Gyeyang-gu Office and local project sites for four months, from August 3 to November 30.
