(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 최근 시청 창의실에서 삼정동 레미콘 공장 일대의 환경·교통 문제를 개선하기 위한 ‘삼정동 레미콘 공장 일대 종합관리대책 수립 TF’ 제3차 회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 삼정동 일대는 다수의 레미콘 제조시설이 밀집해 있어 비산먼지와 레미콘 차량 통행 등에 따른 주민 불편이 지속돼 왔으며 이에 시는 지난해 12월 관계부서 합동 TF를 구성하고 환경·도로교통·도시 분야를 아우르는 종합관리대책을 마련해 단계적으로 추진하고 있다.

이번 회의는 조용익 부천시장을 비롯해 남동경 부시장, 관계 부서장, 오정동 및 신흥동 주민자치위원회장과 관내 7개 레미콘 공장 관계자 등이 참석해 그간의 추진 상황을 공유하고 환경·교통 분야 개선 방안을 논의했다.

또, 회의는 부천시가 현장 중심의 소통 강화를 위해 추진하는 ‘틈만나면, 현장속으로’의 후속 조치로 마련됐으며, 그동안 추진한 분야별 대책을 점검하고 향후 추진 방향을 구체화했다.

부천시는 그동안 도로 고정식 자동 살수 시스템인 ‘오정 클린로드’ 운영, 미세먼지 배출정보 전광판 7개소 설치, 레미콘 차량 통행량 분석을 통한 우회 동선 마련, 민관 환경감시단 운영 등 주민 생활환경 개선을 위한 대책을 추진해 왔다.

부천시는 이번 회의에서 논의된 과제를 바탕으로 분야별 대책을 지속 추진하고 추진 상황을 주기적으로 점검할 방침이다. 

아울러 관련 부서 간 협업을 강화하고 기업의 자발적인 환경시설 개선을 유도하는 한편, 지속적인 현장 점검을 통해 종합관리대책의 실효성을 높여 나갈 계획이다.

또한, 부천시가 최근  복사골문화센터 갤러리에서 청소년과 청년이 생활 속 지역문제 해결 방안을 직접 제안하는 ‘2026년 부천시 청소년·청년 정책제안대회’를 부천교육지원청, 부천여성청소년재단과 공동 개최했다고  밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이번 대회는 청소년과 청년의 지역사회 문제 해결 참여를 확대하고 생활 속에서 체감할 수 있는 정책을 발굴하기 위해 마련됐으며, 부천시청소년참여위원회와 부천시청년정책협의체, 부천시청소년센터가 공동 주관해 온라인 홍보와 시민공감단 모집, 정책 참여 독려 등 행사 전반을 함께 준비했다.

이날 대회에는 제안 발표자를 비롯해 심사위원과 관내 청소년·청년 등이 참석했으며, 사전 심사를 거쳐 본선에 진출한 12개 팀(청소년 6팀, 청년 6팀)이 교육·진로, 일자리·경제, 공간·정보, 문화·여가, 참여·자치 등 시정 전반에 걸친 정책을 제안했다.

청소년 분야에서는 청소년 안심 스터디존 시범운영, 학교 환경교육 실천력 강화, 맞춤형 실전 생활지식 교육, 생활권 밀착형 청소년 커뮤니티 공간 확충 등이 제안됐다.

청년 분야에서는 청년안심기업 인증제, 지속형 참여식 청년 생활금융 자립학교, 청년공간 안내체계 개선, 생활체육과 지역화폐를 연계한 청년 사회관계망 형성 등 청년들의 생활과 밀접한 정책 아이디어가 제시됐다.

부천시는 이번 발표된 제안을 대상으로 실현 가능성, 창의성, 효과성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 우수 제안을 선정했다. 

부천시는 선정된 제안에 대해 관련 부서의 검토를 거쳐 시정 반영 여부를 결정하고, 제안자에게 검토 결과를 회신한 뒤 정책간담회를 열어 후속 논의를 이어갈 예정이다.
